Pink Bed Skirt
Does anyone know about sleeping disorders, like getting dressed in your sleep?
Last night I went to bed naked like I always do. When I woke up this morning I was wearing a red tank top, pink skirt, and one sock. I looked around my room and my dresser, and closet were both open. The light was on in my bathroom and I had a curling iron plugged in.. Im freaked out needless to say. I have went to bed with clothes on and woke up with then off, but i figured it was just because I was un comfortable. I must have been busy last night. And it really scares me, because of the curling Iron.. my apt could have caught fire. Any clues?? Help!!!!
I would start with sleeping habits. Elimate day time naps, go to bed same time every night and try to wake up at the same time. Dont use your bed for anything but sleeping/sex (like dont watch tv in bed). Elimate stimulants such as caffine or nicotine or diet pills. Dont eat late at night, last meal 2-3 hours before bed. If none of this helps try a psych doctor or family doctor.
Oh and you may want to put bells on yourself or something that would wake you up incase you do that again. And move your iron or anything else dangerous out of the room you sleep in. And try not to go to sleep with thoughts on your mind of things you need to do, clear your mind before you go to sleep.
You might want to have someone sleep with you at night just to keep you safe, in which, I would be willing to volunteer my services
