Standard Pillow Case
One of the main focal points in designing any room is the bed and decorative pillows to aid conception. You've probably even seen design shows on TV or pictures in magazines such inviting looking beds that have the plumped up pillows, have not you?
You might even have looked at your own bed and thought how it would look with some decorative pillows - Maybe even try it yourself, but could not reach quite the look you see in the designer rooms. Fortunately, this is not so difficult to get this look-you 've probably only been going about the wrong way.
The first thing is that you must buy the right kinds of pillows. Chances are regular bed pillows that you sleep Each night will not do the trick. Want pillows that have decorative fabrics and interesting patterns. Now, this does not mean that the simple case cotton pillow with a band of Nice by the end or the AA layer of lace on the edge will not look fabulous because they are the right design. The key is to choose pillows with fabrics and patterns that go with your overall look.
You do not have too many different models in pillows, perhaps with a certain model and others which are simple but have a color that pick up the pattern. You can use interesting fabrics as silks, brocades and velvet and interesting accents on the pillows like tassels, fringes and embellishments. What you choose depends really design your room.
The key to the plumping is that you must implement the layered cushions. You can not place them flat as you do when you sleep or you'll just end up with a big pile of pillows! You should store them standing on their edges and in rows.
The back layer of pillows should be slightly larger than the rest. You want to have three or five pillows for that row, depending on how the bed is big and sizes of pillows. Stand them on edge and lean them against the headboard.
The second layer of pillows should be slightly smaller than the layer back because you want to be able to see the back decorative pillows. You will also need less of them you want the pillow arrangement to extend out from the headboard in a sort of triangular shape. So if you've used three pillows in the row Rear try two in the row in front of him. Set those on their edges and lean against the pillows back row.
Now, you might do more layers, but three layers is fairly standard, you do not want to many pillows or your whole bed that will just be layers of pillows. For the last layer, I prefer to use a bolster pillows - one of those long pillows round tube with a fancy fringe or tassel on the end. If you do not want do not just use smaller pillows for the front. They would probably not pillows, but few decorative pillows that are smaller than your second line and pillows Simply place the pillow pressed against the second row on their edges.
Viola! Now, you are perfectly curved decorative pillows that will give your design a room with a professional look.
