Princess Crib Toddler
My 20 month old still sleeps in our bedroom, Is it time to..?
Put her in her own room. I'll be 31 weeks pregnant wednesday with our 2nd child and feel like i need to be getting her used to her own room. She still sleeps in her crib and still wakes up at night wanting something to drink, of course i don't give her anything as i was told by her doctor to just let her cry herself back to sleep. And its not like she is starving or thirsting to death its more like she wakes up and throws a fit for one( kicking and yelling as if she was pissed at you ) Her constant screaming makes it even MORE difficult for me to get good sleep. So has anyone just put there child in a crib in there own room cold turkey(overnight, without getting them used to it) and we have bought her a princess toddler bed that's for 18 months to 4 yrs but she doesn't want to be in it at all. I feel as if i really need to put her in her room but don't want to be a bad mommy. Her bedroom is straight down the hall. Whats your personal opinion?
I would deffinately get her into her own room before your 2nd one is here, itll make it easier for you all. I know itll be hard for a few nights but she should adjust fairly quickly she is still young enough. Dont feel like a bad mommy at all! Congrats on your baby coming
