Elliptical Exercise Fights winter blues or "sad"
Great - it's already winter and Time has changed for both the rider " 's high" as you like in the warmer months! your disdain for the loss of a blue sky and the return of cold, dreary weather can not be denied. Your smile has a price: the sun shining with warmth and joy that seems content to hide behind a horrible cover rain clouds.
The winter blues can be very serious business for some people. If you read this article, you may or may not be aware that exercise and diet are two of the most important ways to combat the winter blues. Therefore the exercise crosstrainer is the way to go.
If you suffer from SAD (seasonal affective disorder), you may know that light therapy and vitamin D was demonstrated in various studies to fight against the disease. At least that's what the Wikipedia entry says, so we know it's true. (Hey - I love Wikipedia.)
Treat the "winter blues" you may call the tanning salon or nutrition store, but having enough exercise may also help fight depression. Think about it - you have a runner high during the hottest, sunniest months, but winter came, a great Part of this activity and the light has disappeared. Part of the solution is simply to maintain your activity level and get those endorphins flowing again.
One way to do this is to malls for hours at a time. The only trouble is, it is stressful! Let's face it: shopping in a store crowded elbowing your way to the clearance rack is not exactly stress free. If the winter blues have you down, find another way to get your exercise will not end up in the impulse buying.
Suggestion: keep warm and dry and use the elliptical exercise to get the job done. Elliptical trainer is an exercise of the best ways to stay fit, since it is low impact and high on the burning calories. You can stay warm in the house where one of your cats or children is something that needs an ambulance or kennel, and even watch your favorite shows or listen to an audiobook.

Keep in activity this winter and not to yield to the SAD winter blues! After all, the big red guy made his list, check twice ... he's gonna find out who's naughty and that was smart enough to take their vitamin D intake and use their elliptical trainer!
